Foy Vance
Last night I had the pleasure of seeing Foy Vance at Union Chapel in London. Foy is a Northern Irish singer-songwriter, who is probably my favourite musician of all time. That’s a big statement, but it’s probably true. And his live show is really something else, words really don’t do it justice, you sort of have to be there and experience him in the flesh.
After a few songs, it seemed as if everything suddenly broke and the rest of the show was pretty much played acoustically. It was incredible. It didn’t matter at all, in fact, there was something magical about stripping back all the technology and just having a massive sing-along in a huge church.
I took a few snaps whilst I was there, but I just wanted to put my camera down for most of the show and enjoy it!
